Online: We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Checks and Paypal. Paypal registration only requires an email address and protects consumers by keeping your credit card number from the merchant (us).

International Orders: Shipping cost for international orders are calculated by the shopping cart when submitting the order to ensure all international deliveries receive the latest and cheapest shipping cost. Shipping options and associated costs will be provided during checkout for all international shipments. Shipping estimates can be generated when viewing the shopping cart. Customs and Handling Charges (International Shipping)
Some countries charge customs and or handling fees for products. Port-A-Field is not responsible and not to be held accountable for these fees.

Return Policy: Your satisfaction is very important to us. For returns and exchanges, please call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. CS Platinum Sports Products reserves discretionary rights to issue RMA numbers. Due to the many variations and customization of our products, we have a narrow Return Policy.  Fields with Custom sizes and logos or printing are not eligible for return. Returns due to user error cannot be made. Items must be in new, resellable condition to be eligible for refund. Used items and shipping fees cannot be credited. Approved returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days and are subject to a 40% restocking fee. Drop shipped products cannot be returned. (EX: Flag Belts, Yard Markers, Cones, ETC.)

One Year Limited Warranty: Port-a-Field field lining systems are warrantied against defects in workmanship and/or materials to the original retail purchaser for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse, or modifications to the product, or damage incurred during competition or other use. Eligible products will be replaced. Order Processing and Shipping: C.S. Platinum Sports is a "just-in-time" American manufacturer - meaning, products are typically not manufactured until they are ordered. Most orders are available to be shipped within 24 hours to 3 days after an order is recieved. Customers desiring overnight shipping must order by 10:00 am, restrictions may apply to large orders. Please call us (1-800-268-7552) if you need a overnight order of more than 3 fields - we will work with you to determine what is possible given the current production schedule.  Expedited shipping options and associated costs are provided during checkout. Shipping estimates can be generated when viewing the shopping cart. Some products and accessories carried on the website ship from third party vendors. Expedited shipping is generally not available on those products. We do not ship Collect on Delivery ( C.O.D.)
